God is light and in Him is no darkness (1John 1:5). God tells us to walk as children of light (Ephesians 5:8.). Therefore, as born again Christians, walking in the light is walking with God who is light. What does light do- it removes the darkness. When you go into a room and turn on a light, the darkness is gone and then what was in the darkness is revealed. Those things in our life that are not of God come to surface as we walk more closely with God. We take the darkness to the cross and become free of them. As we become, more like Christ in character our old man nature begins to be overpowered with the very nature of God. We begin to live differently and see things differently; things that may have been fun and interesting, no longer are and new things take their place. This walk is a spiritual one and brings excitement and joy as the character of God becomes clearer to us.
Fellow believers let us walk in the light God has called us in and be like Him in this world, dispelling the darkness with the Word of God.

what u should eat during training is alot of protien like meats. this helps muscles build easier and become stronger. when u lift alternate what u work on. work on arms one day and legs the other day. u shouldnt over lift because ur muscles need time to rest and if u dont get the rest u will never get stronger. be patient u cant be a huge guy in a day. work on a variety of excersises not just thing like benchpress. work all ur muscles.

I Love doing my fitness training program in the morning . It gives me energy throughout the day. If my workouts were highly intense, I feel great all day long. Supplements are not really necessary with the proper fitness training program , really good nutrition program and the proper rest.
